Her right hand looks a little off, and maybe a little more detail in the background. I do like the proportions on her body and the funny character of Mario's position in the background.

I like the shading effect you don't with the dark in the foreground, and the light in the background, the contours could be a little more bold, the art appears a little flat-like. Otherwise good work.
