You got some good pixelation skills, it's simple yet you can make out the character. Maybe do a little background to improve your work.

[Niffty creepy version]

Creepy yet adorable, great work with this alteration. Cyclops eye, sharp teeth, and cute outfit.

[Orca airline]

The sunset-like clouded background, along with the jet engines on its fins really gives your art a "high in the sky" feel.

The orca in the air, when it should be in the water is great symbolism of not being bounded to just your environment or what's around you.

Not sure what to take from the white box looking structure, but I think your art would look better without the white lines interfering. Amazing.
